PET POLICY

At Alder Pointe, we’re pet lovers too! We offer an off-leash dog park and plenty of nearby parks for your furry friends to enjoy.

You’re welcome to bring up to 2 pets per apartment.

Pet rent for 1 pet is just $25, with a pet fee of $350. For 2 pets, it’s $35 in pet rent and a $450 pet fee.

We do have a weight limit of 50 lbs and some breed restrictions for dogs. We can’t wait to meet your pets!
